If you order a website hosting package from us and if you use our email services, you will be able to enable spam filters for any of the mailboxes that you set up from the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. With no more than a few clicks of the mouse, you can choose between five different levels of security. If you start getting spam, you can start with the lowest level and then gradually increase the level till you stop getting spam. We use one of the very best and most popular filters available on the market called SpamAssassin. It ‘scans’ the header section and the body of each email message that you receive and calculates a spam score, based on which it either erases a specific email message or permits it to reach your mailbox. Hepsia will also permit you to create custom spam filters and either eliminate unwanted email messages or forward them to a third-party email address such as spam@domain.com where you can examine them once more afterwards.

Our semi-dedicated server packages provide excellent spam protection guaranteed by the popular SpamAssassin email filter, which sorts all incoming emails on the basis of a spam score that depends on parameters and patterns, such as the recurrence of particular keywords and phrases, the subject, the sender, and so on. When you enable the filter for any mailbox via the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel, you can select between five different safety levels – from very high to very low. If you continue to get unsolicited bulk messages, you can increase the level, or if authentic email messages are labeled as spam, you can lower it. Activating or deactivating the anti-spam protection takes as little as 2 mouse clicks and you can select if the filtered email messages should be erased momentarily or if they should be delivered to a chosen email account where you can view them later, so as to ensure that the emails that you need will not get lost.
