With our Optional Managed Services solution, we’ll do that on your behalf. Your VPS will be included in the custom–made server monitoring software system and every single time there’s a trace of a problem, our skilled technical support engineers will be warned immediately.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the simplest task in the world. You will either have to use a separate server or your personal computer, or, alternatively utilize some 3rd–party tool. We offer a considerably simpler solution with our Optional Managed Services offer. We’ll make a complete backup copy of your virtual server once a week, so you never have to fear permanently losing any valuable data. Plus, we can retrieve a backup copy very quickly. All the backups are placed on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored data, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have complete freedom to run any script or service on your server. However, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and might require some additional configuration from you. This is where our Optional Managed Services package will come in real handy. It features half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting duties – which means you can basically employ one of our well–trained server administrators for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software app whatsoever that you desire. Alternatively have him rectify a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an add–on for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
